What Shadow Atlas is
Shadow Atlas is a dream journal and personal atlas app. You can record dreams, write journal entries, explore symbols, and view aura reflections.
Account information
When you create an account, we store information you provide such as your name and email address so you can sign in and use the service.
Dreams, journal, and aura data
Much of your dream and journal content is stored on your device (including in your browser or app storage). Some account-related journal features may also be saved on our servers so your writing can sync with your account. We use this content to provide the product features you request—such as saving entries, showing your atlas, and generating symbolic readings.
Microphone and speech
If you use voice capture, the app may access your microphone and device speech recognition to turn spoken words into text. Audio is processed to create your transcript for the entry you are writing. We do not sell your voice data.
Analytics and crash data
We may receive basic technical information needed to run and improve the app (for example, whether a page failed to load). We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
Third parties
The app is hosted and delivered using standard infrastructure providers (such as our web host). Payment processing for App Store purchases is handled by Apple, not by us directly.
Your choices
You can stop using the app at any time. You may delete local dream and journal content on your device. For account deletion or privacy questions, contact us at the support address below.
Children
Shadow Atlas is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
